The Nusatenggara short-nosed fruit bat (Cynopterus nusatenggara) is a species of megabat in the family Pteropodidae. It is found in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.[2]

There are three subspecies recognised:

  • C. n. nusatenggara
  • C. n. sinagai
  • C. n. wetarensis
