Baden Township is a township in Ward County, North Dakota, United States. The population was 47 at the 2020 census.

History

The former community of Baden was located within the township, hence its name. It was named after the historical region in Germany.

Other former communities within Baden Township include Enterprise and Galva.[3]

Geography

Baden Township has a total area of 35.802 square miles (92.73 km2), of which 34.862 square miles (90.29 km2) is land and 0.940 square miles (2.43 km2) is water.[4]

The Des Lacs River flows through the township's eastern portion.
